Gravlax with lingonberry powder

Apply rough sea salt generously onto a whole salmon fillet. Then sprinkle with sugar and crushed freeze-dried lingonberries or lingonberry powder. Cover with plastic film and refrigerate overnight. Serve thinly sliced with fresh dill.
