Dried berries, fruits & wild herbs

Our selection includes a wide variety of dried berries and fruits. We offer air-dried and freeze-dried whole berries, sweetened soft berries and berry powders. Dried products suit a number of purposes and are convenient to store and transport.

Freeze-drying preserves colours, taste and nutrients extremely well, which makes the products popular and versatile. Our freeze-dried selection covers a wide variety of products: we offer e.g. whole berries, crushed, powdered and sliced berries, fruit chunks and wild herbs – all of the highest possible quality.

Dried products are great for bakeries, restaurants, ice cream producers, candy manufacturing, tea producers, chocolate producers, meat industry, animal foods – and wherever high quality, tasty and natural dried ingredients are needed. We deliver our products for small and large needs.

Juice syrups and 100% juices

All our juices are produced from cold-pressed berries. We use nearly all available varieties of Arctic berries in our juices. We are specialized in forest berries and garden berries.

Our juice syrups always have a high percentage of 100% juice. We sweeten them with a minimal amount of sugar or fructose to enhance the natural, Arctic flavours of the berries.

We also produce cold-pressed juices with no added sugar or water.

We pack our juice syrups into 5.5 kg canisters. Our 100 % juices are packed into either 1 kg or 5 kg canisters.
We pasteurize all our juices with our state-of-the-art equipment to ensure best possible shelf life.

Jams & jellies

We produce our traditional berry-packed jams sweetened with sugar or fructose. We also produce baking-proof jams. Our package sizes are fit for most uses: we pack our jams into 3 kg and 6 kg buckets.

We produce sweetened jellies from several different berries. We pack our jellies into 3 kg buckets.

Upon special request, we also produce jams and jellies from our clients’ own recipes. Feel free to ask for additional information.

Frozen products

With Polarica we offer a wide variety of frozen products from berries and fruit to mushrooms, always delivering them to clients via our own efficient and reliable cold chain.

Our Finnish frozen berries are packed into 2 x 2.5 kg packages. We get our berries from our contract cultivators, via our own picking organization and from local home cultivators and pickers.
